Shipping Policy
How we handle, transit and deliver your shipments.

Processing & collection
Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation. Collection is scheduled at a time that suits you, and you’ll receive a 14EXP tracking number as soon as your shipment is booked.
Transit times
Estimated transit times are: Air Freight 1–5 business days, Road Freight 1–7 days, and Sea Freight 12–35 days depending on route. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather or carrier schedules.
Tracking
Every shipment is trackable end-to-end via your 14EXP number on our Tracking page, with milestone updates from collection to delivery.
Customs & duties
For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for import duties and taxes unless otherwise agreed. Our in-house brokerage team assists with documentation and clearance.
Restricted items
Hazardous materials, perishables and regulated goods require prior approval. Prohibited items will not be accepted for carriage.
Insurance & liability
All shipments include standard liability cover. Comprehensive all-risk insurance is available on request for full protection of your goods.
Delivery & failed deliveries
We deliver to the address provided. If delivery cannot be completed, we’ll attempt redelivery or hold the shipment at a local facility and notify you.
