Services
14Express provides freight forwarding, shipping and warehousing services. Quotes are estimates and subject to confirmation based on actual shipment details.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate shipment information, ensuring goods are properly packed, and complying with all applicable laws and export/import regulations.
Pricing & payment
Final pricing depends on weight, dimensions, destination and service. Payment terms are agreed at booking. Additional charges may apply for customs, storage or failed deliveries.
Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited as set out in our shipping policy and applicable international conventions, unless additional insurance is purchased.
Prohibited goods
You may not ship illegal, hazardous or restricted items without prior written approval. We reserve the right to refuse or return such goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 14Express is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
